Pastor Mark Triller,  Administrative Pastor
Pastor Mark is married to Annika and they have the great joy of parenting six children. When they forget a name- they just call them by the number they were assigned, "Number 2 it is your turn to do the dishes." Mark is a graduate of St. Norbert College having studied Spanish and International Relations. He went on to receive Master's Degrees from DePaul University and Liberty University in addition to the MDiv earned at Liberty Theological Seminary. One of his favorite scriptures is Philippians 3:14. Mark received Christ at Santa Maria de los Angeles, a small church in Nicaragua while studying abroad. His ministry interests are Peacemaking, Marriage Enrichment, Strategic Planning, and Mission Development. Mark believes the Chicago Cubs are God's choice to win it all!

Laurie Bauman, Worship Director

Pastor Kerry and his wife, Laurie, are blessed with seven children and ten grandchildren.

Laurie is a 1976 graduate of the Moody Bible Institute with a diploma in church music and worship. Laurie has the longest tenure on the staff of CLCBC serving for two months longer than her husband. Laurie loves leading our worship teams, orchestra and choirs. She also enjoys directing our annual church musical.

Diane Acutt, Coordinator of Awana

A 1991 graduate of Illinois State University, with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Aurora University in 2001, Diane worked 15 years as an elementary educator for public schools and area park districts and museums in Lake County before beginning her current adventure as a home school mom and CLCBC Awana ministry leader. Diane is passionate about nurturing the unique gifts God provides each family member and encouraging families to serve and grow together, building strong Christian character and leaving a legacy of faith to the next generation. She is energized by the challenge to find creative ways to help others connect to God’s Word and remember what they are learning. Her greatest joy in ministry comes from seeing the inter-generational body of Christ supporting one another through mentoring, praying for one another, and walking in authentic faith together. Diane and her husband Paul have been married for 15 years and are blessed with a son in middle school. The Acutts enjoy spending time outdoors in a hammock or near a campfire and find fun exploring new towns while on road trips.
